Mentorship & Youth Empowerment Programs at Rising Roots are designed for youth who need more than a class-they need a guide, a mirror, and a path. Drawing from over 15 years in the beauty and education field, we help ages 7-17 strengthen their voice, confidence, and vision for the future.

Through small-group mentorship, youth practice communication, public speaking, and healthy self-expression. We address real-life challenges-self-image, peer pressure, and identity-while teaching emotional skills like self-awareness and resilience.

Students also explore leadership and entrepreneurship through the lens of the beauty industry. They learn what professionalism looks like, how a service business runs, and how their current interests could grow into future career pathways.
